Predictions for MPC

Goal: Re-add support for prediction without breaking / adding too much complexity.

• Assess dataloader and trainer, make sketch of how it could look
• Get input from Lisa/Niki
• Make basic verification of prediction accuracy
• Trial on synthData so Valentyn can use this
