refactor: use alwaysStrict option and remove 'use strict' in each file, update dependencies and bump version

refactor,bugfix: adapt default behaviour of arrayIncludesCaseSensitiveValidator and arrayIncludesCaseInsensitiveValidator, refactor filter code for better readability, add more unit tests
