Improved validation

Lisa-Marie Fenner requested to merge 51-validate-for-online-integration into main
  • Added a class in valmodel.py for validation - to keep everything structured
  • Should also work for synth data- there is still an error in test_synth_data.py:

  • Validation of real data in validate_model.py
  • Possible to save all plots in one pdf file
  • Still open for improvements
