Improved GUI behavior

Close popup windows if accept button is pressed. Changed structure of Popup_ConfigPrios to match the other popup windows. Deleted unused code in Tab_EGIConfig. Updated call of loadprofile analysis tool in Tab_Loadprofiles. Updated license header in python files.
