ci: add .gitlab-ci.yml
Add a simple CI Pipeline, compiling the framework and executing unit tests. Pipeline fails if any unit test fails.
Fraunhofer GitLab EE and CE. Mattermost and the Docker Registries will be not reachable due to security maintenance on Thursday, 05/02/24, between 05:00 pm CET and 07:00 pm CET. Please log off during the maintenance, otherwise, data loss may occur.
