Configuration behind proxy with ethernet instead of eduroam
If there is no eduroam all internet traffic must be proxied through the SSH
tunnel. For apt-get
this can be done as follows
sudo http_proxy=http://localhost:8080 apt-get install net-tools
And for pip3
as follows
https_proxy=http://localhost:8080 pip3 install tensorflow
