Added support for header in file
I added the possibility to read in timestep files with the header in the first line of the file, as produced by setting TimestepFile_HeaderType>0
Regarding current problems with the container registry pushing and deleting from and to the container registry is not working, and we are working on fixing this. As a current alternative, we can offer our Harbor instance, which can be reached at https://hub.cc-asp.fraunhofer.de.
