Split generate stats to smaller functions, introduce a possibility to generate a horizontal or vertical stats table (switch models and approaches/methods)

Raise error if model has no asigned logs, give a possibiltiy to provide dir as input instead of of json list

Get discarded average per method and model_method, generate performance tables with or without discarded viewpoints, fix max_coverage and min_VPC functions
