Making the app offline using localhost and phpmyadmin

Developer needs to create a user in PHPMyadmin to make the app online again,

in DB_Connections.php uncomment the online credentials and comment the offline creds.

in GlobalVariables.cs uncomment the path for online url and comment the path for offline url (localhost)
