Arial Font missing

In Computer with wsl (Windows subsystem for Linux), PDF document using mdz format is not rendering due to missing Arial Font.

Check as alternative font: FreeSans and/or adding \usepackage{fontspec}.

Change default setting to:

format:
  pdf:
    mainfont: FreeSans
    sansfont: FreeSans

Make a hint in the README's section about changing it to Arial.
