Resolve "readable readme"

The most important functions in the package are explained in the README file.
Regarding current problems with the container registry pushing and deleting from and to the container registry is not working, and we are working on fixing this. As a current alternative, we can offer our Harbor instance, which can be reached at https://hub.cc-asp.fraunhofer.de.
