Scheduler: Fix documentation (main page)

- terminate on socket handle now calls v_terminate() -> protocol()->teminate()
- unix domain sockets now remove there filesystem representaion on close or terminate

- some tests commented out
- bind in constructor enabled by given address
- and more :)
