Merge branch 'feature/ini-options' into 'master'

Feature/ini options

* Read formcompiler options from ini files
* Have a systemtest macros allowing variation in formcompiler arguments
* Rewrite the test suite using it

Exhibits some more problems in our test suite.

This fixes #1.
