`duneci-statndard-test` gained the ability to run the tests with
-j$DUNECI_PARALLEL, which was the last thing that duneci-perftool-small-test
did specially.  So use that.

It accepts the images now.

It is "perftool", not "perftools".

Force alignment of the Opcounter counters static variable so that the code
generated by the optimizer actually works.

There is a strange failure with pacxx.  Lets see whether we can reproduce it
with plain clang.

Blockstructured tests may fail, since the interpolation of the exact solution is not suitable

I should work on a specific FiniteElement class or FEM for blockstructuring, s.t. I can remove the element parameter from the blockstructured implementation as well.
