If you need this you can still do it manually, but there is absolutely
no reason to have it unconditionally.

It otherwise is a pain to debug problems arising in cgen.

We do not need it.

Requires latest dune-python.

islpy installation seems fundamentally broken. So, this is a
workaround to still be able to automatically sandbox it.
