Resolve "Simulator implementation"

Merged Jeong Woo Hong requested to merge 6-simulator-implementation into main

Closes #6 (closed).

  • This is a sub-package for simulating FR3 robot with MuJoCo in ROS1 environment.
  • Some minor features (e.g. Add parameters for package, Add MuJoCo UI utilities, Integration with real robot HW for digital twin, ...) can be further developed.
    • This will be described in issues.
